Research-Use Agreement (Draft)

1. Research use only

Materials supplied by BBOHC LABS are intended solely for bona fide laboratory research conducted by qualified researchers. They are not intended for human, veterinary, or consumer use, and are not represented as dietary supplements, drugs, or therapeutic products.

2. Qualified purchaser

Purchasing access is granted only after manual review and verification of the applicant's identity, institutional affiliation, credentials, and applicable professional licenses. Approval is never automatic.

3. No therapeutic claims

BBOHC LABS makes no treatment, dosing, injection, weight-loss, or efficacy claims regarding any material. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for ensuring the intended use complies with applicable regulatory requirements.

4. Distribution status

API-level distribution is disabled pending legal review of registrations, supply-chain controls, purchaser qualifications, and applicable FDA/state obligations. No checkout, pricing, or product fulfillment is active until that review concludes.

5. No regulatory clearance represented

BBOHC LABS does not represent that any material is FDA-approved, GRAS, or otherwise cleared for any particular use.

Terms of Supply (Draft)

1. Eligibility

Supply is restricted to inquiries reviewed and approved by a BBOHC representative. Applications are reviewed manually; approval is never automatic.

2. No sale of unverified goods

Pricing, add-to-cart, and checkout are disabled until legal review concludes. No binding sale occurs through this site in its current state, and an inquiry submission is not an accepted order.

3. Compliance responsibility

The purchaser is responsible for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and institutional obligations. Research-use designations are not a substitute for regulatory compliance.

Privacy Policy (Draft)

1. Information collected

We collect the information you submit in the inquiry form and contact requests: legal name, institution, business email and phone, business address, research affiliation, licenses and credentials, and any supporting documents you upload.

2. Use

Information is used to verify identity and credentials, administer research accounts, and communicate about applications and documentation. We do not sell personal information.

3. Retention

Application and verification records are retained for the administration of research accounts and as required by law.

4. Independence

Our records are independent. We do not link or share data with unrelated clinic, patient, or consumer operations.

Shipping & Returns (Draft)

1. Shipping eligibility

Materials ship only to approved research accounts with verified shipping addresses and, where required, appropriate licenses. No shipments occur while distribution is disabled pending legal review.

2. Chain of custody

Where applicable, shipments include lot documentation and certificates of analysis. Handling and storage conditions are documented per material type.

3. Returns

Returns are evaluated case by case and may be refused for materials that cannot be safely re-qualified. Contact us before returning any material.

Product Compliance Policy (Draft)

1. No consumer representation

No material is represented as an unrestricted consumer product. We do not market peptides or other compounds for human or veterinary use, nor display treatment, dosing, injection, or weight-loss claims.

2. Specification integrity

Unverified specifications are marked as pending. We do not publish certificates, results, or purity values we have not received or confirmed.

3. Legal review gate

API distribution and any checkout capability remain disabled until legal review confirms appropriate registrations, supply-chain requirements, purchaser qualifications, and applicable FDA/state obligations.
