PEG-MGF (Pegylated Mechano Growth Factor)

PEG-MGF is a version of a natural muscle-repair signal attached to a protective molecule (PEG) so it lasts longer in the lab.

It's studied in muscle and recovery research — how muscle stem cells wake up, multiply, and repair tissue after exercise-like stress.

Cell and animal studies showed localized muscle stem-cell growth. Human benefit is not established.
