IGF-1 LR3 (Long R3 IGF-1)

IGF-1 LR3 is a lab-made version of IGF-1, the messenger that growth hormone uses to tell muscle and tissue to grow. This form lasts longer in cell culture.

It's studied in muscle and recovery research — muscle-cell growth, muscle stem cells, and how tissues repair and build.

Cell studies showed it stays active far longer than natural IGF-1. Human benefit and safety are not established.
