Epitalon (Epithalon)

Epitalon is a synthetic peptide modeled on a hormone from the pineal gland, a small brain structure involved in sleep and aging rhythms.

It's studied in longevity research. Researchers look at telomerase, an enzyme that lengthens the protective caps on chromosomes, and how that relates to aging.

Rodent studies suggested longer lifespan and fewer tumors. Human evidence is limited and not established.
